This course will present the ever changing landscape of word-of-mouth marketing for dental practices – from its roots in traditional community outreach to the new challenges of reaching the same audiences through social media. Included are tips for taking offline techniques online and creating new ways to reach audiences in a world that is increasingly virtual. Attendees will learn how to use social content not only as a stand-alone, but as a way to improve and enhance “real world” PR efforts.
